The NMDPRA had earlier issued an operational license to Edo Refinery and Petrochemical Company Limited, marking the final stage of approval for the plant to operate as a refinery ¹ ². The regulatory authority’s CEO, Ahmed Farouk, presented the certificate to AIPCC Energy, the parent company of Edo Refinery.
