Some Government Agents Don’t Believe in Tinubu’s Leadership – Daniel Bwala

Daniel Bwala, former spokesman for Atiku Abubakar, has alleged that some government agents lack confidence in President Bola Tinubu. On Channels Television, Bwala reacted to Tinubu’s planned cabinet reshuffle, stating that certain agents prefer to “play it safe” due to fear of public backlash.

The Presidency confirmed the reshuffle on Wednesday, with Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, acknowledging the President’s consideration of changes to his Council. However, Onanuga declined to provide specifics on the timing or extent of the reshuffle.

Bwala criticized the agents’ attitude, saying, “They don’t even believe in the president… They feel that if they depend on the government, they will incur the wrath of the people. They want to be clever by half.” His comments highlight concerns about internal doubts within the administration.

Tinubu’s cabinet reshuffle is expected to address performance issues and optimize governance. The changes may impact ministerial positions and responsibilities. Bwala’s statements underscore the challenges facing Tinubu’s administration in maintaining cohesion and public trust.
