The campaign team of Benue politician and former Assistant Comptroller-General of Customs, , has published a list of individuals reportedly assisted into employment within the Nigeria Customs Service and other federal agencies.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the campaign organisation said the disclosure followed growing public questions about Aber’s achievements and contributions during his years in public service.
According to the statement, more than 40 youths from different parts of Benue State allegedly secured employment opportunities through Aber’s intervention while he served in office.
The campaign team said the beneficiaries were drawn from several local government areas, including , , , , , and .
Among those listed from Gwer East were Terzungwe Fabian, Titus Aondohemba, Erdoo Torbunde Anastasia, Felicia Terdoo and Silas Torkuma.
The statement also named beneficiaries from Gwer West, including Terlumun Wayo, Tordue Wachin, Dooshima Ayom and Rita Tyofa Sedoo.
According to the campaign team, additional beneficiaries from Makurdi, Gboko, Buruku, Guma and Tarka also secured placements in the Nigeria Customs Service and other federal agencies through Aber’s support.
“With this, I hope we have put a rest to ‘what has he done to people in his previous assignment,’” the statement added.
The development comes amid increasing political conversations in ahead of the 2027 elections, as supporters of emerging political figures continue to highlight records, community interventions and previous public service contributions.
