Four individuals lost their lives when a small, single-engine plane crashed in Trilla, Illinois, on Saturday morning.
The plane, which had taken off from Menomonie, Wisconsin, went down around 10:15 a.m., as reported by state police.
All those on board were confirmed dead at the scene.
The National Transportation Safety Board, which will investigate the incident, identified the aircraft as a Cessna C180G model.
