Hon. Terseer Ugbor, the Member of the House of Representatives for Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency, has proven to be a dedicated and visionary leader. Hon. Ugbor has consistently pushed for projects that directly benefit his people, including the Federal Polytechnic Adikpo, the Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria outstation in Ushongo, and the ongoing construction of a Technology Incubation Hub in Adikpo. The park is being proposed through the Bill for the Repeal and Reenactment of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act, NOSDRA Act, and the National Park Service Act.
