The Honorable Member representing the great people of Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency, Hon. Terseer Ugbor, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly inaugurated President of the Kwande United People’s Organization (KWUPO), Comr. Aloko Nachi, along with the members of the executive committee.
Hon. Ugbor acknowledges Comr. Nachi’s ability to manage the affairs of KWUPO, having excelled in his prior role as Youth Leader of KWUPO, where he demonstrated exemplary and resilient leadership. He also commended the election of Comr. Tavershima Mongol for the position of Youth Leader, urging him to excel in mobilizing the youth wing to overcome the challenges confronted by the constituency.
Represented at the National Congress by his Senior Legislative Aide, Hon. Ajai Francis, Hon. Ugbor addressed the insecurity in Kwande, assuring his continued commitment to restoring peace. He made a clarion call for all KWUPO members and the new leadership to unite and defend their ancestral lands for the benefit of future generations.
He called for unity within the organization and charged the new leadership to act swiftly to unify and strengthen all state chapters and devise strategies to address the numerous challenges impacting the people of Kwande.
The newly constituted executive committee comprises twelve members, with Comr. Aloko Nachi as the president of the organization. Sir Godwin Alumunku returned as Treasurer, Mr. Terzungwe Uzan serves as the Public Relations Officer, Mr. Mike Sepke holds the position of Financial Secretary and Comr. Tavershima Mongol oversees the affairs of the youth in Kwande, amongst others.
