Benue Education Quality Assurance and BIRS Seal Substandard Schools in Gboko

 

The Benue State Education Quality Assurance, led by Director General Dr. Terna Francis, has taken decisive action against substandard and unregistered schools in Gboko local government. In collaboration with the Benue Internal Revenue Service (BIRS), they have sealed ten schools that failed to meet the required standards.

 

The affected schools are:

– Abundant Life Nursery and Primary School in Tse Kucha

– Nictom Academy in Yandev

– Malanathan Academy in Mker

– Laurel Children Academy in Mkar

– De-Ps Children Academy in Mkar

– St. Peters Nursery and Primary School in Mkar

– Garden of Glory College on J.S Tarka Way

– Unique Nursery and Primary School in Gboko West

– Merits Tots Academy in Gboko South

– A4 Palace Nursery and Primary School

 

This move aims to ensure that students receive quality education in a safe and conducive environment. The Benue State Ministry of Education emphasizes the importance of maintaining high standards in education, and this action demonstrates their commitment to achieving that goal .
