The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has issued a statement notifying candidates about the availability of the notification slip for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The slip contains crucial details such as the candidates’ examination date, venue, and time.
Fabian Benjamin, the Board’s Head of Public Affairs, said candidates who have registered for the 2024 UTME, scheduled to commence on Friday, April 19, 2024, are encouraged to promptly print their notification slips.Candidates are strongly advised to print their slips before Friday, April 19, 2024, to access essential information needed for their examination, including the date, venue, and time, as well as other pertinent details.
In order to print the slip, candidates should visit the JAMB website at www.jamb.gov.ng, navigate to the “2024 UTME Slip Printing” section, input their registration number, and then click on the print option.
“To ensure a smooth examination experience, candidates are urged to print their slips on or before Friday, April 19, 2024, to familiarize themselves with the venue of their examination centre and prevent lateness on their scheduled examination date,” advised the Board.
It was gathered by Hobnob News reports that the 2024 UTME is scheduled to commence on Friday, April 19, and conclude on Monday, April 29, 2024, marking an important milestone in the academic journey of thousands of aspiring tertiary institution students and hence the importance of the slip to every candidate.
