Obi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze’s Homecoming Celebrated as a Blessing by Onyemaechi, Onwordi Ibori Ubulu, and Others

The Ubulu-Uku kingdom in Delta State was filled with immense joy and celebration as their 25-year-old king, Obi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze, returned home after studying abroad. Thousands of his people eagerly gathered at the Asaba International Airport on Thursday, heralding his arrival with jubilant cheers and traditional songs.

 

Prominent figures, including the Commissioner for Technical Education, Hon Joan Onyemaechi, the Senior Special Assistant on Youth Mobilization to the Delta State Governor, Hon James Onwordi Endurance, popularly known as Ibori Ubulu, and several others, expressed their delight at the Obi’s homecoming. They regarded it as a great blessing for the Ubulu-Uku kingdom, emphasizing the significant impact the young king has had on his people.

 

Hon Onyemaechi, in a statement, conveyed the love and admiration the people have for their king while acknowledging his remarkable contributions to the kingdom’s development. She highlighted the Obi’s commitment to the welfare and progress of Ubulu-Uku and expressed her confidence in his ability to continue protecting the kingdom’s interests.

 

Similarly, Hon Onwordi Ibori Ubulu expressed his joy and gratitude towards the Obi’s return. He commended the king for his dedication to education and growth and reaffirmed his support for the Obi’s reign.

 

In his address, the Obi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze expressed his profound appreciation for the overwhelming support and warm reception from his subjects. He vowed to remain steadfast in his commitment to the welfare and progress of the Ubulu-Uku kingdom. The king also took the opportunity to express his gratitude to the immediate past governor of Delta State, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa, and the current governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, for their unwavering support over the years.

 

Obi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze ascended the throne of the Ubulu-Uku kingdom at the tender age of 18 in 2016, becoming one of the youngest traditional rulers in Nigeria. Shortly thereafter, he embarked on a journey abroad to pursue further education, driven by his passion for learning. After a remarkable eight years of study, the young king has now returned to embrace his role as the leader of his people, promising to guide the kingdom towards prosperity and unity.

 

The Ubulu-Uku kingdom is filled with hope and anticipation as the Obi prepares to reign once again, empowered by his newfound knowledge and experiences. The homecoming celebration is a testament to the unconditional love and admiration the people have for their king, and it signifies a bright future ahead for the Ubulu-Uku kingdom under the capable leadership of Obi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze.
