Pastor Jeremiah Omoto Funfeyin Promotes “Jerusalem Sand” for $500 Amid Ongoing Israel-Iran Conflict

As tensions escalate between Israel and Iran, Nigerian preacher Pastor Jeremiah has launched a controversial religious product he refers to as the “Sand of Jerusalem.” Priced at $500 per sack, the sand is being marketed as a spiritual item with purported miraculous benefits.

In a video circulating online, Pastor Jeremiah is seen telling his congregation:

> “This sand will change your life. For just $500, your destiny is secured. You’ll be able to build not just a house, but a whole city.”

The origin of the sand remains unclear, and Pastor Jeremiah has not provided independent verification of its connection to Jerusalem. Despite the conflict in the Middle East, the cleric appears undeterred, continuing with the promotion of the item during his church services.

Public response has been mixed. While some followers have reportedly shown enthusiasm, others have criticised the move, questioning both the authenticity and the theology behind selling such an item.

As of now, there has been no official comment from religious authorities or consumer protection agencies regarding the promotion.
