Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has praised the Dunamis International Gospel Centre for its well-organized crusade at the Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka. The event, which drew thousands of worshippers, featured intense worship, testimonies of healing, and prophetic declarations without causing any disruptions to public movement or road users.
Impressed by the orderliness of the event, Governor Soludo announced a refund of the fees paid by the church for the use of the venue. He also extended an invitation to the church, led by Pastor Paul Enenche, to hold future programmes at the location. Additionally, Soludo revealed plans for a major facelift of the Ekwueme Square and its environs, including improved lighting and beautification, aligning with Anambra’s identity as “The Light of the Nation”.
The governor urged the church to intensify prayers for the spiritual renewal of the state and support the government’s efforts in rebuilding moral values among the youths. He commended Pastor Enenche for promoting righteousness and godly living, which will contribute to building a safer and more prosperous Anambra State.
Pastor Enenche delivered a sermon titled “Serving the God of the Blessing,” emphasizing God’s plan to bless His people, citing biblical references to Adam and Noah. He encouraged the congregation to remain steadfast in faith and live a life of service and righteousness, assuring them that divine blessings are activated through obedience to God.
