In a surprising turn of events, Hon. Benedict Akombo, the Special Adviser to the Governor of Benue State on Business, SME and Micro Finance, has tendered his resignation. The resignation, which was announced in a letter addressed to the governor and dated 4th December, takes immediate effect.
In the letter, Hon. Benedict Akombo stated that he has carefully considered his decision and has decided to pursue new opportunities that align better with his long-term career goals. He expressed his gratitude for the opportunities for growth and development that were provided to him during his time working with the governor, starting from the campaign period as the director of finance.
While acknowledging the successful tenure of the governor and wishing him continued success in governing the state towards the path of growth and development, Hon.
