A schoolgirl identified as Ahoro Esinele, who was reportedly among pupils abducted during a school kidnapping incident in Oyo State, has allegedly died while in captivity.
The claim emerged after reports circulated on social media indicating that the girl’s abductors informed her mother of the development during a livestream conversation.
According to accounts shared online, the kidnappers allegedly disclosed that Esinele had died while being held captive. However, as of the time of filing this report, security agencies had not issued any official statement confirming the reported death.
