Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd. has announced that all its branches across Nigeria will close earlier than usual on Monday, June 30, 2025, to accommodate its half-year audit exercise.
This was communicated in a notice to customers on Saturday, where the bank explained the temporary adjustment in its operating hours as part of internal compliance and financial review activities.
“Please be informed that our branches nationwide will close to customers early on Monday, June 30, 2025, for our half-year audit,” the notice read.
Revised Closure Times by Region
Upcountry Branches: 2:00 p.m.
Lagos Branches: 3:00 p.m.
The bank encouraged customers to leverage its digital banking platforms — including mobile apps, USSD (*737#), and internet banking — for uninterrupted service during the early closure.
Operations are expected to resume at regular hours on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
GTBank expressed appreciation for customers’ understanding and continued patronage during the audit period.
