Former Big Brother Naija reality star, Terseer Waya, popularly known as Kiddwaya, has expressed deep sorrow over the recent spate of killings in his home state of Benue, describing the violence as “unacceptable.”
In a statement released late Monday and reported by Hobnob News, Kiddwaya called for swift and decisive action from the government, security agencies, and relevant stakeholders to end the bloodshed and ensure justice for the victims. He emphasized that the people of Benue are tired of political rhetoric and deserve concrete solutions to the insecurity plaguing their communities.
“Our people deserve to live in peace, free from fear and violence,” Kiddwaya said. “What is happening today is a humanitarian tragedy that demands urgent attention, justice, and lasting solutions—not silence or political excuses.”
He urged Nigerian authorities and international partners to stand with Benue in this time of crisis, stressing the need for accountability and meaningful intervention. Kiddwaya also extended heartfelt condolences to the victims, survivors, and families affected by the violence, urging them to remain steadfast in the fight for peace, justice, and human dignity.
“The people of Benue must not stop demanding the dignity every human being deserves,” he added.
