In line with the parliamentary tradition of the National Assembly, I hereby write to invite you to attend a public hearing organised by the House Committee on Federal Polytechnics and Higher Technical Education on a bill for an Act to Amend the Federal Polytechnics Act, Cap, F17, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2024 to establish Federal Polytechnic, Adikpo, Benue State, to provide full and part-time courses of instruction in different fields of study and related matters (HB.1372).
This bill is sponsored by my humble self. The public hearing is to obtain your support on the importance and urgency of having a Polytechnic, University or an Institution of Higher Learning and Research in Kwande Local Government of Benue State.
The hearing is scheduled as follows:
