A proactive political movement across the 23 local governments in Benue today unveiled a strategic plan towards the re-elections of both Gov Hyacinth Iormem Alia and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with total pledge to ensure both leaders emerge again in the 2027 general elections
The group named , The LIVITSAR SUPPORT GROUP FOR ALIA TINUBU 2027 said, their decision was based on the track records of service of both Gov Alia and President Tinubu since assumption of office in 2023 as Governor and President respectively.
State Chairman of the group, Hon Jacob Agede said , ‘ Governor Hyacinth Alia’s superlative achievements in less than two years through his populist 7 Point Strategic Development Plan stands him out as a leader with immense credibility and capacity to transform Benue State beyond the imaginations of the people .
Hon Agede added that, the governor’s smooth synergy with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda since emergence was in the best interest of the state , thus the Paramount need to work assidiously for the re-election of the duo come 2027.
Board of Trustees Chairman and former ALGON Chairman in Benue State , Hon Philip Achuah who also represented the Convener of the August group, Hon Engr Livinus Tsar noted that , Governor Hyacinth Alia has earned his place in the hearts of Benue people based on his superlative performance, emphasizing that the group have made a resolution to support and stand by both Governor Hyacinth Alia and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu beyond 2027.
The Meeting had in attendance members of the State Executive Council, BOT , Zonal and local government Coordinator, amidst retinue of supporters and mobilizers for the Alia /Tinubu Project 2027.
