Police Arrest 27-Year Old Man With Locally Made Gun And 25 Live Cartridges In Lagos

A 27-year old man identified as Oladimeji Hassan has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for the possession of a locally made gun and 25 live cartridges.

Oladimeji Hassan was apprehended by Policemen attached to the Ojodu Division of the command at the Berger area of the state on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

The command in a statement on its official X account said:

“Oladimeji Hassan, a 27-year-old male, was arrested at Berger earlier today by Ojodu Division officers. Following a search, he was found in possession of a locally made gun and 25 live cartridges. The investigation is currently underway,” the statement read.
