France midfielder Paul Pogba is at the risk of being slammed a four-year football ban after tests revealed his testosterone B sample as positive.
Pogba has not featured for Juventus after being suspended from playing in the wake of being tested positive for testosterone.
Pogba on August 30, was selected for a random test following the Old Lady’s 3-0 win over Udinese on August 20, with the test showinh elevated levels of testosterone.
A counter-analysis sample has since been checked, with that also coming back positive, according to popular Football journalist, Fabrizio Romano.
Pogba’s fate will now be determined by the National Anti-Doping Tribunal who will now determine the charge for Pogba, who could potentially face a ban of between two and four years.
Juventus are set to decide on how to deal with the Frenchman contract, as he still has almost three years left on his current deal.
