•  KENYA’s President William Ruto is not traveling to Nigeria to attend the May 29 inauguration of the Nigeria’s President-elect Bola Asiwaju Tinubu.

Instead, he has delegated Musalia Mudavadi—head of Cabinet—to represent him at the ceremony.
