AS we countdown to Saturday, March 18 House of Assembly elections, it is important that Edo people recognize the common enemy that stands in the way of their unity and progress. The hydra-headed monster, who in his undying obsession with power has continued to set up illustrious Edo sons against themselves, repressed others and is sowing discord among the people in order to advance his own selfish political interests.
Mischievously tactical, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole is the real enemy of Edo people. He picks up a fight to destroy a person over personal differences and his selfish political interests and whips up ethnic sentiments in defense of his unjust cause.

We must unite to reject the divisive rhetoric of this common enemy and his efforts to undermine the unity and progress of our people and State.
It is time to wake up and listen to the voice of reason. We cannot continue to sit back and watch Oshiomhole destroy our beloved and illustrious sons and our State just because of personal differences and his selfish political interests.
This Saturday, it is essential to choose representatives who will prioritize the development and well-being of the people of Edo State and not those that will abscond on the vengeful and selfish directive of their godfather. The choice is in your hands, and it is your responsibility to choose wisely and strategically.
