Everyone has the right to understand and practice Islam based on their beliefs. However, when those views are about the future of another country, the people of that country should decide what is best for them.
Burkina Faso is focused on its survival, dignity, and self-reliance. Our children deserve a future where faith and education go together—where prayers give people strength, and science, technology, education, and innovation help build the nation they will inherit.
Wisdom is not determined by age. A person may grow older and still not fully understand the chall£nges of the times.
If you truly believe your ideas are better for Burkina Faso than the path chosen by its people, then come to the streets of Ouagadougou. Stand before the citizens and tell them that I am only a young soldier and that you know what is best for their future.
In the end, it will not be speeches that shape Burkina Faso’s future. It will be the courage, sacrifice, and determination of its people to protect their country and build a nation that can stand on its own. May history remember us for what we built, not only for what we said.
