Ann Eniyamire, daughter of the late President of the Customary Court of Appeal in Abuja, Justice Moses Bello, has petitioned the Chief Justice of the Federal Capital Territory, Justice Husseini Baba-Yusuf, to ensure justice in a contempt of court case involving Reverend Father Ezekiel Awolumate and Executive Director, Asset Management, NELMCO, Mr. Joseph Asuku Bello.
Eniyamire accused Awolumate and Bello, executors of her late father’s will, of disobeying court orders and altering the asset-sharing formula from 11.11% to 4.16%. She also alleged that they, along with some court officials, are trying to frustrate and truncate proceedings.
