…Commends President, SGF, National Chairman for ensuring Justice during primaries
The Chairman, Senate Committee on Anti-corruption Anti-Corruption and Financial Crimes, Senator Emmanuel Memga Udende has commenced mobilization tour for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and candidates of the All Progressives Congress ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Senator Udende extolled the leadership qualities of the President, National Chairman of the party Professor Nentawe Yilwatde and Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Senator George Akume for ensuring that justice was administered in the flawed National Assembly open primaries of the party in Benue North East senatorial district.
The former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy affairs in Benue, said the three leaders showed leadership in their fatherly and statesmanship roles during the trying political periods across the state and Benue North East in particular, applauding the internal processes of the APC through appeal panels that have ensured that the rightful candidates in all the elections were returned and thanked his constituents for not taking laws into their own hands.
Addressing his supporters at his Sankera Residence in Ukum Local Government shortly after arriving from Abuja after his official declaration as winner of the APC Senatorial primaries in Benue North East, Sen Udende charged all APC supporters in his zone to mobilize massively in support of President Bola Almed Tinibu all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections as well as called his contenders to join forces with him to ensure victory for the party and assured them of his willingness to work with them for the good of the zone, state and Nigeria in general .

Sen Udende, who represented Katsina-Ala, Ukum and Logo Federal Constituency at the National Assembly between 2011-2019 emphasized that the yearnings and aspirations of the people will always remain his cardinal objective and urged his people to work towards reconciliations and unity of purpose .
He maintained that the decision of the appeal panel should be seen as victory for democracy and not to any particular individual, he informed that, he will continue to attract valuable projects for his people, he concluded that; better is the end than the beginning as written in the holy scriptures.
