The Benin Summit Group Diaspora will host a global virtual event on May 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM (Nigerian time), bringing together participants worldwide to explore the rich heritage of the Benin Kingdom.
With the theme “Revitalizing the Ancient Synergy of the Benin Kingdom,” the summit will highlight the historical significance of Benin’s famous moats (Iya) and the legacy of the ancient kingdom.
Hon. Dr. Dennis Osahon Aikoriogie Edoimioya (New York, USA) will be in attendance and will be held online via Zoom and YouTube.
