The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially released its timetable and schedule of activities ahead of the 2027 general elections, outlining key processes leading to the party’s primaries.
The schedule, signed by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, provides detailed timelines for critical stages such as screening of aspirants, appeals, and the conduct of primary elections. It also includes directives regarding the sale of nomination and expression of interest forms for prospective candidates.
According to the party, the timetable is part of its broader effort to ensure a well-structured and transparent process as it prepares for the 2027 polls. The APC emphasized that adherence to the schedule will guide all stakeholders and aspirants through a fair and orderly selection process.
Reaffirming its commitment, the party assured members and the general public of its resolve to conduct credible primaries that reflect democratic values and strengthen internal party cohesion.
