Controversial Onitsha-based cleric, Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has sparked fresh debate after declaring that his death will be unlike any other — his body will never be found.
In a viral video from a recent church service, the self-styled “Indaboski Bahose” told his congregation that his mission on earth is almost complete, adding that longevity was never his divine purpose.
“I am the strongest spiritual man in the world after TB Joshua. We are not many, we are just two. One has finished his job. When I die, no one will see my corpse. I do not have much time here. Our mission is to clear the doubt of Jesus Christ. One mission, one God, one power,” Odumeje declared.
The prophet, who leads the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry in Onitsha, Anambra State, is widely known for his theatrical preaching style, dramatic deliverance sessions, and bold spiritual claims.
Odumeje insisted that his focus is not on living long but on proving the supremacy of Christ.
“Our work is to clear doubts. There is only one God, one power, and that power is Jesus Christ,” he said.
His prophecy has since set social media abuzz, with many Nigerians questioning whether his words are a genuine revelation or another display of theatrics.
Over the years, Odumeje has cultivated a reputation at the intersection of faith and spectacle — staging dramatic “spiritual battles,” making headline-grabbing prophecies, and describing himself as “the Lion himself, the dead man.”
Whether regarded as a prophet or a performer, his influence in Nigeria’s religious landscape remains undeniable.
