A prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee and leader of Persons with Disabilities, Tolu Bankole, has expressed strong support for President Bola Tinubu’s ongoing reforms, describing them as strategic measures to revive Nigeria’s struggling economy.
In his Eid-el-Kabir goodwill message issued from Abuja on Friday, Bankole praised the Tinubu administration for its commitment to economic recovery and national security, calling on Nigerians to show patience and engage constructively with the government’s efforts.
“I commend President Bola Tinubu’s administration for the ongoing reforms. They are aimed at reviving the economy and securing the nation,” he said. “I urge Nigerians to support the government with prayers, patience, and constructive engagement.”
Bankole also called on Muslims across the country to use the Sallah period as an opportunity for deep spiritual reflection, noting that Eid-el-Kabir embodies the virtues of sacrifice, compassion, and selflessness, as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim.
He further emphasized the need to show love and support for the vulnerable in society, particularly persons with disabilities, during this festive season.
“The season reminds us to reflect on the needs of the less privileged and extend acts of kindness to those around us,” he added.
As the nation continues its journey through economic reforms, Bankole’s message serves as a reminder of the importance of unity, understanding, and faith in the leadership steering Nigeria toward recovery.
