The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) carried out four operations nationwide, seizing 122 kg of drugs valued at over Rs 162.4 million and arresting five suspects, including a Nigerian, an ANF spokesperson said on Sunday.

Cases have been filed against the arrested individuals under the Narcotics Control Act, and investigations are ongoing.
