Governor Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia has hailed the newly commissioned Fashion and ICT Hub as a catalyst for growth and development in Benue State. The hub, commissioned by Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima’s representative, is expected to harness the abundant talents of Benue youths and transform them into thriving enterprises.
Governor Alia appreciated the federal government for the gift of the fashion hub, describing it as an embodiment of the Tinubu-led administration’s collective vision for a prosperous, creative, and empowered Benue State. He assured that the hub would serve as a cornerstone for his administration’s agenda to promote creativity, foster innovation, create employment, and provide opportunities for the people of the state.
The Vice President’s representative, Senator Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, commended Governor Alia for his commitment to the success of the SMEs clinic and the commissioning of the Fashion and ICT Hub. He described the hub as the federal government’s desire for industrialization and the biggest in the country.
Ministers, commissioners, and special advisers also praised the collaborative efforts of the federal and state governments to establish the fashion hub, promising to ensure its success and provide support.
The commissioning of the remodeled Benue Printing House was also part of the Vice President’s representative’s one-day visit to the state.
