Harford Oseke, the former Deputy Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, has died after collapsing during his regular exercise routine at Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka.
Despite efforts to revive him, he was pronounced dead shortly after the incident.
Born in August 1960, Oseke was a learned scholar with a Ph.D. in Public Administration and a prominent figure in the freight forwarding industry in Port Harcourt.
He was also involved in the importation of fishing feeds into Nigeria. Oseke’s body has been deposited at the Apex Medical Centre in Awka. His sudden death has come as a shock, and he will be remembered for his academic accomplishments and contributions to the industry.
The incident has left many in shock, and tributes are pouring in for the late former Deputy Speaker.
