The Action Alliance (AA) Benue chapter, led by Benedict U. Ejembi, has announced the commencement of the sale of nomination forms for the upcoming local government elections. The forms for chairmanship will be sold for N150,000, while councillorship forms will be sold for N50,000. Additionally, expression of interest forms will be provided free of charge to candidates interested in contesting under the AA party.
The party’s State Executive Committee (SEC) has set the date for the primary election to be held on the 28th of August, 2024. Comr. Benedict emphasized the party’s commitment to conducting free, fair, and credible primary elections, providing equal opportunities for all Benue residents to represent their people at various levels.
