The Ward Executive Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Mbakuha Council Ward, Ushongo Local Government Area, has suspended Hon. Maurice Tsav and Mrs. Esther Iveren Hon from the party for one month. The suspension follows a court case instituted by the duo against the party, violating Section 58 of the PDP Constitution.

The committee, citing Articles 8(3), 9, and 57 (1)(2)(4) of the PDP Constitution, exercised its powers to initiate disciplinary proceedings and suspend the members. The suspended individuals are directed to appear before the Disciplinary Committee on a date to be communicated.

The decision was signed by the Ward Chairman, Hon. David Tyav, and Secretary, Hor Yahàmbe Akaahemba, and copied to PDP secretariats at local, state, zonal, and national levels.
