Plateau State Governor, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has met with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative, Elsie Attafuah, to discuss potential collaborations aimed at enhancing security, economic growth, and capacity building in the state.

The governor sought UNDP’s support in establishing a robust security network, developing agricultural value chains, and revitalizing the mining and tourism sectors to boost the state’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR). He also requested assistance in capacity building for security personnel and promoting economic opportunities in key sectors.

The UNDP Representative expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration and committed to developing a template to assist Plateau State in building resilience in agriculture, economy, and health sectors.
