JALINGO – In a shocking discovery, the lifeless body of a middle-aged man, who remains unidentified, was found today at the Roadblock axis of Jalingo. The area is located on the road leading to a well-known hotel, the name of which is being withheld for security purposes.
According to local sources, the man was initially seen lying down in that area since morning, but tragically succumbed to his fate hours later.
Authorities have not yet come forward to claim the body, and it remains on the scene as investigations continue.
When contacted for comment, DSP Abdullahi Usman, the spokesperson for the Taraba Police Command, admitted that he had not been briefed on the situation yet. However, he assured that once he receives information, he will provide a confirmation.
