President Bola Tinubu expressed his profound sadness at the passing of Aisha Bello, a veteran broadcaster with the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
Bello, who worked with NTA until her retirement in 2022, was remembered by President Tinubu as a mentor who inspired many young women in the field of broadcasting. Described as having ‘eloquence, passion, and integrity on the screen and off-screen’, Bello’s legacy in broadcast journalism was celebrated by the president.
President Tinubu extended his prayers for the soul of the departed and comfort for her loved ones.
