Gombe SSG commends RATTAWU for playing vital role in information dissemination
The Secretary to Gombe State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, has commended members of the Radio, Television and Theatre Art Workers Union for working behind the scene towards the actualisation of desired publicity of government policies and programmes in the state and beyond.

He noted that the Union membership drawn from various media organisations in the state has been playing a vital role in information dissemination and commended the synergy between the Union and the Nigerian Union of Journalist (NUJ), adding that their activities have projected government positively.
He said, “Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya is appreciative of their contribution,” urging the visiting RATTAWU Members to remain dedicated in the discharge of their responsibilities.
The SSG made this disclosure when he received the group on a congratulatory visit in his office led by its Chairman Comrade Abdulmummni Abubakar, on Wednesday.
Njodi while appreciating the body for the visit assured them of government’s continued support to the association within the available resources.
Earlier, the state Chairman of RATTAWU Comrade Abubakar, said they were in the SSGs office to congratulate him over his well-deserved reappointment by the governor, describing the development as the acknowledgement of Professor Njodi’s disposition and leadership qualities and prayed God to guide and protect him in the task ahead.
He pledged the association’s loyalty and support to Governor Yahaya’s-led administration.
