Not only have Nigerians continued to trend on social media via the many feats by its citizens, from Fisayo Soyombo’s recent Knight-Wallace Fellowships win to Hilda Baci’s entry into the Guinness World Record book, but it is also safe to say this season in the nation can only be about the wins.
Hilda beat Indian chef, Lata Tondon, who currently holds that title. Tondon, achieved his Guinness World feat in 2019 with 87 hours and 45 minutes of uninterrupted cooking.

Hilda was born on September 20, 1996. She hails from Akwa-Ibom state.
The Nigerian chef has a degree in Sociology from Madonna University, Okija.

She owns a food brand in Lagos called “My Food by Hilda.” Hilda started this brand with her brother while still in school.
Hilda also ran a cooking segment ‘In My Kitchen,’ on Rave TV’s breakfast show, Morning Rave, as well as the show Dine on A Budget, on Pop Central TV.
She’s also appeared in multiple Nigerian TV shows and movies. She played a supporting lead character in the movie “Dream Chaser,” and appeared in some episodes of “Sideways, Flatmates, A Walk on the Water, and Mr & Mrs Robert.
