THE people of Sobe community now live in fear and horror as they daily count their loses following the countless attacks of fulani herdsmen in the community.
This ugly development have turned the once flourish agricultural rich community into the shadow of itself because the farmers can no more go to farm.
Just few weeks back an Assembly of God pastor and his workers were killed in their farmland.
Immediately after that, the dreaded fulani hersdmen entered the community where they laid ambush for one Mr Monday Uzo and they tried to kidnap two of his Children and he resisted and they used their cut his hand off with their poisonous Cutlass and they went away with one of his son which is about 11 years of age.
The Young Uzo was realized after the father sold off some properties to pay ransom . Monday Uzo condition deteriorated last week because he doesn’t have the financial strength to access medical attention. He was rushed to federal medical center OWO where he was confirmed Dead this afternoon.
The 48 years father of 5 is the sixth persons being killed by fulani hersdmen in Sobe community.
At the time of filling this report, more than 8 families have already fled the community because the herdsmen can invade anytime again. Monday and the late Osesa Ome lives in the same area which is no prone to attacks…
