The Governing Council of Benue State University has appointed Mr. Barnabas Terfa Hemba as the institution’s new Registrar, effective November 1, 2024.
Mr. Hemba, formerly Deputy Registrar in charge of Senior Staff Establishment Division, brings extensive experience to his new role. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
Mr. Hemba is:
– Chairman, Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators (ANUPA), Benue State University Branch
– Member, Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU)
– Former Branch Chairman, SSANU
