The President emphasized the symbolic importance of the 15th day of January, as it marks the end of the Nigerian Civil War. He stated that this occasion serves as a reminder of the price paid for the continued unity of the country.

In support of the President’s sentiments, the Minister of Defence, Abubakar Badaru, reiterated the administration’s efforts to restore peace, order, and security in the country.
